Shorts Posting

Shorts Posting is a personal tool used by Christopher Maldonado to upload short videos he owns to his own TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels accounts. It runs on his computer. It is not a public product for other users.

What data is involved

Account identifiers from TikTok Login Kit (and similar for YouTube or Instagram when connected).
OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens needed to upload videos.
Video files and captions he chooses to upload.

Where data is stored

Tokens and local config stay on Christopher's machine (or encrypted secrets he controls). Videos are sent only to the platforms he selects (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram). This tool does not sell personal data, does not show ads, and does not share tokens with third parties beyond those platforms' APIs.

Third parties

When you authorize the app, TikTok, Google/YouTube, and/or Meta/Instagram process data under their own privacy policies. Review those policies on each platform's site.

Retention

Local tokens remain until he disconnects the account or deletes the local config. Platform copies of uploaded videos follow each platform's normal rules.
